Our fitness group classes are designed to enhance your physical performance. From beginners to advanced fitness programs, all aspects of physical fitness like cardio, strength, speed, agility, and power are incorporated to ensure the highest quality of training.  Our Monday and Wednesday group classes are designed to help you build a baseline of strength while improving your overall stamina.

On Mondays and Wednesdays, we focus on building a solid strength foundation while improving stamina and endurance. Whether your goal is to achieve a high level of athletic performance in MMA, lose weight, or gain strength, our programs are adaptable to help you achieve your goals. Check out our training program.

Classes run for one hour, and they’re free for all Warrior Evolution students. Non-members are welcome to join at an affordable drop-in rate.
